Highland Games Match
The Highland Games Committee would like to see us play on both Saturday and Sunday! Anyone interested in adding a Sunday match, please RSVP so we can arrange your ticket. If we do not have enough response for a match, we can schedule another clinic depending on interest.
Tickets will be distributed at practice this Sunday - If you cannot make it to practice, please email which days you can play and your mailing address so we can get the tickets to you. secretary.orlando.southeast.usa@gaa.ie. Due to the time that we will be playing, there will not be any parking passes available at that hour.
We will meet at the gate at Noon to allow time for set up and stretching. The Highland Games Committee will provide plenty of seating at the pitch. After the match, Greg Maruna will be organizing a clinic for spectators interested in giving it a try!
Directions:
Central Winds Park, 1000 E. SR 434, Winter Springs, Florida 32708

The Orlando Hurling Club
http://www.orlando.florida.gaa.ie/
If ya wait for it to cool off or stop raining in FL, you'd be waiting forever. Let's go for a puck-around. Message us and we'll try to find you a player near you. We've folks mainly in Orlando, but there are hurlers in Tallahasee, Mt. Dora, the Space Coast, Jacksonville, Tampa, Port St. Lucie and Miami. Don't wait to experience the joy of this sport. Message us eh?
Hurling is the fastest field sport, and probably the oldest recorded, continuously played sport. We're looking for folks interested in developing hurling skills together in the Central Florida area. We're neither Olympic athletes nor All-Ireland aspirates- just passionate about the greatest sport this planet has seen. Co-ed adults and families are those we seek initially. Any level of fitness is welcome.

Kindergarten Cop (1990)
This is a fun movie to watch. It is simple and has a story that hits the heart. Now, enough of that. The actors in this must have just started out with doing big movies and we know some of them did not - so why the terrible acting. The concept of a Austrian being an undercover cop switching to, of all things, a kindergarten teacher because the actual cop got sick is not a great idea. Planning through the movie watching the interaction of this and kids was funny. maybe that is what it was meant to be. But to through this "kid flick" out there with murder and drugs was harsh.

Crimson Tide
What would happen to the world if a nuclear sub for the American, Russian government actually let missiles fly - total world destruction. This movie gives the insight if that were to ALMOST happen. The scenes aboard the sub look authentic and the acting that goes on throughout this is good to the fact of almost excellent (my opinion). there are intense scenes with mutiny and the back take-over of the sub. the look of this has the intensity to keep the viewer interested throughout. An action underwater movie that moves more quickly than most of its predecessors. This is one where you walk away thinking about the contribution that you have made to the world mass and what will happen at the end and NOW who holds the key to the end of the world.
